Arrow cares about our Customers’ Health & Safety

As the impact of COVID-19 continues, Arrow is providing a Touchless Truck Buying Experience.

Here are the five steps to purchase a truck of your choice:

  • Shop from the comfort of your home or while on the road by searching our inventory or calling 800-311-7144.
  • Choose the truck you like while online or we will send you detailed pictures and videos for you to review.
  • Complete the easy online credit application and we will call or email to discuss further.
  • All documentation can be completed via DocuSign that you e-sign on your phone or computer.
  • Out of an abundance of caution, we are restricting walk-in traffic in all locations and eliminating walk-in traffic in some of the most heavily impacted markets. You can pick up your truck curbside or we can arrange for delivery at your location of choice.

Arrow is taking CDC and state mandated precautions to help contain the spread of COVID-19. All trucks will be cleaned and disinfected prior to pick up. Our trucks are backed by a free 90-day limited warranty good at any shop of your choice for covered repairs.

As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our entire team is ready and standing by to support you. Truckers are essential in this crisis and our country truly cannot operate without you. We acknowledge and sincerely appreciate all of your hard work and are here to do whatever we can.

The well-being and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.
We are maintaining our day-to-day operations and our business hours will remain the same for the time being. We are closely monitoring and following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and taking necessary measures to maintain a safe, clean environment across all of our locations. Current precautions include:

  • Wiping down the door handle and all interior surfaces after each truck walk-through
  • Aggressive focus on cleaning and sanitizing all of our offices, wait areas and restrooms
  • Enforcing a 'No Handshake' policy
  • Limiting employee travel as well as non-essential vendor visits

We're available whenever and wherever you are.
Our staff is ready to listen to your unique needs and provide assistance; in person, over the phone and online. If you prefer to stay home and connect with us digitally, we have a full range of solutions in place to facilitate social distancing during your truck-buying experience. Some of these solutions include:

  • iPads at each location to do live, FaceTime walk-throughs of our trucks with a sales associate
  • DocuSign – a secure, online method of digitally signing truck purchase documents
  • Live Chat via our website
