Arrow's National Account Programs are designed to develop long term relationships
with companies who represent a large number of agents and owner operators
dispersed across North America.
Our National Account Customers want their agents and owner/operators to
deal with a reputable used truck dealer where they will get unmatched
selection and the best value in terms of a quality piece of used equipment
that has been professionally reconditioned and prepared for service under
their well-known company name.
Delivering a truck that is "ready to go to work" the day it
leaves our lot means less driver down time and more on-time shipments
for companies whose performance depends on thousands of independent
owner operators.
Following the mutually agreed upon reconditioning program and maintaining
consistency across our branch offices is the most critical element
in maintaining corporate relationships, and thus a National Account
Sales Representative has been trained in each of Arrow's Branch Offices.
