He was a Salesman with Arrow for over 3 years where he earned Arrow's highest Sales Acheivement honor as a Diamond Level Sales Representative. Don opened the Phoenix Branch in May of 1998 and has been there as Branch Manager since then. Don has a family of 3 childern, 2 girls and 1 boy.
