ARROW TRUCK SALES ROLLS OUT INDUSTRY LEADING LINEUP OF EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS

October 2005

Arrow Truck Sales, Inc., North America's leading pre-owned truck source, announced that it has finalized an agreement with National Truck Protection (NTP) to enhance Arrow's menu of extended warranty options. Changes include the addition of two new, 24-month/200,000 mile plans that are more comprehensive and offer maximum coverage at various term lengths and price points. Arrow executives said that the company's extended warranty lineup is now the best in the pre-owned truck industry.

"Our customers deserve the very best service and support in all aspects, including our extended warranties," said Lee Wallace, Arrow's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "NTP worked hard with us to develop two brand-new plans that provide the best coverage in the industry. Now, each one of our options offers outstanding protection and value."

Arrow's Gold Plans cover failures due to wearout on over 40 components. Platinum Plans add coverage of injectors and turbochargers. An upgrade is available to cover the transmission and rear axle under both Gold and Platinum coverages. The flagship of the new warranty lineup is a new 24-month/200,000 mile Platinum-Gold plan. Arrow and NTP said this option is unique in the industry and is now the most comprehensive plan available.

"Arrow Truck Sales is a true innovator in the used truck industry," said Vince Anselmo, President of NTP. "We are pleased to work with them in introducing the enhanced Arrow warranty plans. These plans provide real protection against real failures that could have a severe impact on used truck owners."

National Truck Protection is the largest independent used truck warranty provider in North America. NTP provides claims service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, utilizing over 3,000 repair facilities nationwide.
