Q: What if I can't find the truck I'm looking for?
A: Simply call 877-351-0475 to speak to one of our professional truck consultants. Our inventory includes units that may not currently appear on our web site. And if we can't find the truck you are looking for in our own inventory, we can query our business partners to help you find it.
Q: When I find the truck I want, can I see which branch it's at?
A: Since our transportation and logistics department can transfer a truck to any branch quickly, Arrow does not list its inventory by branch.
Q: Can you help me with insurance?
A: Arrow does offer Physical Damage and Non-Trucking Liability options, underwritten by Great American Insurance Group and administered through Lockton Risk Services. Click here to find out more.
Q: Where do you get your trucks?
A: While many of our trucks come via trade-ins, we do have a Purchasing division that works with other dealers, fleets and private carriers to procure a large selection of high-quality, low mileage trucks and trailers.
Q: Do you offer in-house financing?
A: Yes, every Arrow branch offers financing provided through our Transport Funding subsidiary. You can even apply online to get pre-approved.
Q: Do you offer any zero money down financing programs?
A: Not as a permanent offer. However, Arrow does periodically offer special financing promotions. Call 877-351-0475 to ask about any current offers.
Q: How much credit do I need? How much of a down payment?
A: Terms and conditions vary, so call 877-351-0475 to speak to one of our truck consultants, or simply apply online. There's no further obligation.
Q: What kinds of warranties do you offer on your trucks?
