Q: How long has Arrow been in business?
A: Arrow celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2010. Arrow was founded in 1950 in Kansas City, MO with a commitment to integrity, quality, value, and selection.

Q: Does anyone own Arrow Truck Sales?
A: Arrow is a member of the Volvo Group of companies, along with Volvo Trucks North America and Mack.
Q: What if I can't find the truck I'm looking for?
A: Simply call 800-311-7144 to speak to one of our professional truck consultants. Our inventory includes units that may not currently appear on our web site. And if we can't find the truck you are looking for in our own inventory, we can query our business partners to help you find it.
Q: When I find the truck I want, can I see which branch it's at?
A: Yes, that information is shown in our inventory search. But since our transportation and logistics department can transfer a truck to any branch quickly, where a truck is located should not be a deterent to our customers.
Q: Can you help me with insurance?
A: Arrow does offer Physical Damage and Non-Trucking Liability options, underwritten by Great American Insurance Group and administered through Lockton Risk Services. Click here to find out more.
Q: Where do you get your trucks?
A: While many of our trucks come via fleet-maintained trade-ins, we do have a Purchasing division that works with other dealers, fleets and private carriers to procure a large selection of high-quality, low mileage trucks and trailers.
Q: Do you offer in-house financing?
A: Yes, every Arrow branch offers financing provided through our Transport Funding subsidiary. You can even apply online to get pre-approved.
Q: How much credit do I need? How much of a down payment?

Q: What kinds of warranties do you offer on your trucks?
A: All qualifying Arrow trucks are covered by our Ready Truck 30-Day Warranty, which covers the engine, powertrain, and rear axle.
